# 🚨 Important Update: Partial Securities Payout, BTST Restrictions & Pay Later Impact

Dear Clients,

Please note the following important updates related to recent settlements due to a depository-level issue:

🔹 **Partial Securities Payout**  
We have received a **partial (not full) securities payout** for **Trade Date: 04/02/2026** against **Settlement No. 2026024** from the Depositories.

🔹 **Impact on BTST (04/02/2026 → 05/02/2026)**  
Stocks **bought on 04/02/2026 (S.No. 2026024)** and **sold on 05/02/2026 (S.No. 2026025)** will attract a **150% debit only for shares not received or adjusted** , as the Clearing Corporation has not completed the securities pay-in.

🔹 **Demat Holding Status**

- Clients who have received **partial or full shares** will see them reflected in their **Demat account**.

- For clients whose shares are **not received** , the securities will **not be visible** in Demat.

🔹 **BTST Restriction – 06/02/2026**  
**BTST trades are completely restricted on 06/02/2026** for shares bought on **05/02/2026**.

🔹 **Impact on Pay Later (MTF) Trades**  
Shares purchased between **03/02/2026 and 05/02/2026** under **Pay Later (MTF)** may also be impacted. MTF booking **may or may not be completed** due to a technical issue at the depositories.
