# 🚨 Urgent: Action Required for SIEMENS F&O Contracts & MTF Positions 🚨

Dear Traders,

📢 As per NSE circular no. 53/2025 (dated April 02, 2025)\*\*, all **SIEMENS Futures & Options (F&O) contracts** are being **adjusted** due to a **Scheme of Arrangement**.

🔹 **What’s Changing?**  
📅 **All existing SIEMENS contracts expiring on April 24, May 29, and June 2025** have been **preponed to April 4, 2025**.

⚠ **Action Required:**  
✅ **Square off all open SIEMENS (F&O) positions before ⏳ 12:00 PM on April 4, 2025.**  
✅ **Square off all existing SIEMENS MTF positions before ⏳ 12:00 PM on April 4, 2025.**  
✅ **Any open positions post 12:00 PM on April 4 will be squared off by our RMS team on a best-effort basis.**

📉 **Important Notice:**  
📆 On **April 7, 2025 (Ex-Date),** the valuation of **SIEMENS shares** may be affected.  
💰 If you have used SIEMENS stock as **collateral** , this could result in a **debit balance**.  
📊 **Monitor your positions and ensure adequate margins to avoid financial/liquidity risks.**
