We’re pleased to introduce a new schedule for Funds Payout processing. Payout requests will now be processed twice on working days instead of once at 3:30 PM, enabling eligible requests to be processed earlier and helping you receive your funds faster.
Effective immediately, payout requests will be processed as follows:
- Requests placed between 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed at 3:30 PM, and the amount is expected to be credited to your primary bank account by around 6:30 PM.
- Requests placed between 3:30 PM and 9:00 AM will be processed at 9:00 AM on the next working day, and the amount is expected to be credited to your primary bank account by around 11:30 AM.
Please Note:
- Payout requests are processed only on working days.
- Requests placed on weekends or trading/clearing holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Bank credit timelines are indicative and may vary depending on your bank.
