As per NSE circular no. 53/2025 (dated April 02, 2025)**, all SIEMENS Futures & Options (F&O) contracts are being adjusted due to a Scheme of Arrangement.
What’s Changing?
All existing SIEMENS contracts expiring on April 24, May 29, and June 2025 have been preponed to April 4, 2025.
Action Required:
Square off all open SIEMENS (F&O) positions before 
12:00 PM on April 4, 2025.
Square off all existing SIEMENS MTF positions before 12:00 PM on April 4, 2025.
Any open positions post 12:00 PM on April 4 will be squared off by our RMS team on a best-effort basis.
Important Notice:
On April 7, 2025 (Ex-Date), the valuation of SIEMENS shares may be affected.
If you have used SIEMENS stock as collateral, this could result in a debit balance.
Monitor your positions and ensure adequate margins to avoid financial/liquidity risks.
